Had a lovely few days at the hotel, chosen due to the reviews and it didn't disappoint. Staff great, lots of choice at breakfast. Great place for a relaxing break

If you are looking for a little bit of luxury, where the staff are so friendly this hotel's for you.

Buffet breakfast and dinner as well as a la carte options. All staff exceptional, helpful friendly good service, but not 'hovering'.

The indoor 'pool' was just a giant jacuzzi so no good for indoor swimming..... There was literally nothing else that I didn't like.

Centrally located and close to the Pinewalk. We had half board and food selection was good

There is some noise from floors below which is probably unavailable as the flooring is laminate. Not a fan of the glass door on the toilet either

Lovely hotel lovely staff and great location.

Its location, adult only, cleanliness, super staff all over.

Our room suite D22 was consistently blocked from the day and evening sun by two large palm trees. We like the evening sun on our balcony as we had previous years

Great location, nice place.

Nice spacious room. Very good location. Great reception team. Entertainment was very good. Pool area nice. Spa small but a nice extra. Bedroom a little bit tired (probably not been rennovated for a long time) but nice.

Shower a bit old/dated/needs updating in places. Quite expensive for what it was overall.

Love love love

we liked everything it’s our 4th time to this hotel The food the staff the rooms all 10/10

The only down side to this hotel is you do have to be up early to get a Sunbed The rule should be anytime before 9am if a towel is on a Sunbed you need to be sat on it. And you cannot leave a towel on a bed for longer than 1/2 hour I watched from my balcony a lady lay 7 towels on beds and she never came back untill late afternoon. I know this from talking to another holiday maker Saying this we like the beach which is just across the road. So this didn’t worry us .

Good hotel in a good location

The layout of the rooms being a bedroom and living area worked well for 3 people. The pool was a good size and well maintained. The breakfast choice is wide and varied and there is a nice outdoor breakfast area to sit in. Very good location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants.

The bathroom was very small and the doors were hung in a strange way, so that the shower opened outwards and bathroom door inwards making them clash. The pool was only open 10am-6pm, I really think for a hotel at this price point and this time of year the opening hours should be at least 8am - 8pm. While we were not particularly early risers, for cyclists and early airport transfers I also think breakfast should open earlier than 8am. People do reserve sunbeds from very early, the hotel does monitor this but I think could be more proactive in stopping it.

Very Good

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very bright clean hotel. The lobby and common areas were nicely decorated. We stayed half-board and the food was of very good quality with plenty to choose from. There would be a better atmosphere in the dining hall for dinner if the lighting was less bright. There were nice light fixtures in the dining area, but they were not really used effectively. We had a nice suite overall with a very good shower.

The seating area in our suite was a bit functional and not very cosy. It had cooking facilities which seemed pointless. The bathroom sink was in a space between the living room and the bathroom, which was slightly awkward. Bathroom door not 100% opaque.

Exceeded all my expectations.

Everything from the moment I arrived was perfect. It is a great property, friendly helpful staff, very bike friendly, let me keep my bike in my room, excellent location, and excellent value. Breakfast and dinner were included and the food was very good with lots of variety.

I wish there was a better coffee maker in the room or a place to get coffee early in the morning before the restaurant opens.

An enjoyable experience in a lovely family owned hotel with great staff.

Hotel staff of all grades were excellent, always obliging and welcoming. Bar and restaurant staff were very interactive with guests and added to the fun atmosphere of the hotel. Our third year there and we will be back.

Food, location, lovely staff, so peaceful at night.

2 single beds pushed together a little awkward as a couple King sized mattress protectors would solve that for couples pretty cheaply!
